WELCOME and ANNOUNCEMENTS
CALL TO WORSHIP
One:  O Lord, you have searched us and known us.
Many:  You know when we sit down and when we rise up; you discern our thoughts from far away.
One:  You search out our path and our lying down, and are acquainted with all our ways.
Many: Even before a word is on our tongue, O Lord, you know it completely.
One:  You hem us in, behind and before, and lay your hand upon us.
Many:  Such knowledge is too wonderful for us; it is so high that we cannot attain it.
One:  For it was you who formed our inward parts; you knit us together in our mother's womb.
Many:  We praise you, for we am fearfully and wonderfully made.  Wonderful are your works; that we know very well.
One:  Our frame was not hidden from you, when we were being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth.
Many:  Your eyes beheld our unformed substance.  In your book were written all the days that were formed for us, when none of them as yet existed.
One:  How weighty to us are your thoughts, O God!  How vast is the sum of them!
All:  We try to count them- they are more than the sand; we come to the end-we are still with you.

*PRAYER OF CONFESSION
Holy God, you call us to live dedicated to your ministry, yet we offer only small bits and pieces who we are.  In your word you demand that we give you our all, yet we offer only our leftovers.  In your life you showed us that we can live fully in the light of your love, yet we choose to wander in darkness.  Help us Lord, to dedicate ourselves fully, give all that we are to your loving care and live fully in the light.  In the name of Jesus we ask it.

*ASSURANCE OF PARDON
We are clay in the potter's hand - being continually reformed and remade into the image of God.  thus we are choice and chosen vessels, beloved of the most high and so we are assured that in Christ, all our sins are forgiven.  Thanks be to God.  Amen.
